Hi, I’m Marjory, I’m married to Ronnie and our daughter Mirren is 13. We live in Fife in Scotland. I am a qualified nurse, but now work 2 days a week as a behavioural assistant in a local Secondary School.
I am as passionate about Circle now as when I joined in 1999. I quickly found that Circle is not only about making friends, but it offered opportunities that I have always tried to grasp with both hands. I have been encouraged and inspired by the women that I have met through Circle.
In turn I want to encourage and inspire other women to seize the friendships and opportunities that Circle has to offer, to work together and make a difference. I hope that I have done this through the various posts I have held. Now I would welcome the opportunity to do this as your Vice President and President.
I know from my time in circle that it works best when members are inclusive, welcoming and encouraging when dealing with others, and that is my approach. Let me put this to the best possible use.
As well as being your Vice President I also look after charities. So please keep emailing me all your fantastic fund raising stories.
