Originally from Zimbabwe, I have been involved in Circle from an early age.

Joining Marondera Circle, Zimbabwe in 1993 I haven’t looked back. Relocating to Mutare in 1995 I undertook many roles including Secretary under ARTCA (Area Round Table of Central Africa). This included attending functions throughout the Southern African Region with some meetings involving driving from one side of Africa to the other. That’s 39 hours driving each way! Due to the problems in Zimbabwe we relocated to the UK in 2002.

When we first arrived in London I had a little time out of Circle, but as we moved around the UK I joined Sleaford Circle in 2003, ultimately joining Lichfield in 2008, where we intend to stay!

I’m married with three children and my ‘day’ job as Personal Assistant to both the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for an international company. My job is very challenging but I love it. Also, great experience to take on the Exec Administrator role.

As you can see, Circle is part of my blood. It keeps me motivated, provides me with wonderful lifelong friends and is truly the most incredible organisation.

Not only do I believe I can give something to Circle but I feel I can gain a lot from experiencing Circle at a national level.
